It has happened to all of us. You have a customer and they buy a product from you, let’s say a sign and then you drive by their business and see that they are having a sale. They have banners up and you think, “Why didn’t we do those banners? We didn’t they buy the banners from us?” It upsets you and you think it is crazy that your customer went somewhere else. But is it?
When customers are looking for a specific product, they search for that product. They type it into Google and they find you. Now they know that you offer that product. People don’t know what they don’t know. It is up to you to inform that customer about ALL of the products and services that you offer.
If you don’t do this and the customer goes somewhere else, you have to ask yourself, “Who’s fault is that?”
